Welcome to the first challenge of the King’s Cross Station House Cup!
In the Minor Characters event, King’s Cross Station challenges you to dive into the history and personality of a character or two who are not frequently in the spotlight throughout the series. The Minor Characters event will run from September 1 - 22.
Following with the posting rules of all House Cup challenges, your entry must be a minimum of 100 words and must follow the following posting format:
<Title> MC: Title of Your Fic, Rating
<Before body of fic> Title: Rating: Character(s): Word Count: Warnings (if any): Summary:
Please keep in mind that a minor character is defined as one “who supports the main character, but does not undergo substantial change or growth in the course of a story.” The following are not considered “minor characters” in the Potterverse, and so fics about these characters will not earn you House points:
Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Albus Dumbledore, Severus Snape, Tom Riddle.
Finally, don’t forget the House points will be awarded for every fic posted and every review for that fic – so make sure you get in there!

Yay, a wonderful Tonks/Remus or Lily/James writing opportunity! ^I really want to post a fic now but I'm too lazy to write one tonight. Maybe on the weekend I'll start one.

Yes - Ron's brothers fall under the minor character list! Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! I have some pretty wicked plot bunnies of my own!

Of course! Submit as many as you'd like - you want to earn as many House points as possible! Just remember to follow the requirements for each entry
