Title: Of Trials and Triumphs (vi) Rating: G Word Count: 100 Warnings: Summary: Scorpius and Rose and Quidditch.
-
Astoria doesn’t look at her son when she asks, simply continues rearranging the flowers in the crystal vases before her. She hasn’t been to the games, but she knows from Draco’s ranting that Scorpius is a terrible Seeker. She thinks she knows what’s changed.
“Who is she?”
After a moment, he steps up beside her. “Her name’s Rose. She’s really good at flying. I don’t know why she didn’t try out for the team, she’s better than half our Chasers, but she’s teaching me how to catch the Snitch more quickly.” It’s said haltingly, and so Astoria doesn’t push it.

Sometimes I like to make Astoria cold and unfeeling, and sometimes rich and pampered, and sometimes, quite maternal. I love that she's so easy to play with!
Thank you, woody and Elie!

That's the thing with being married to Draco Malfoy, you probably become lost with your own behaviour ;D
