Title: The Quidditch Pitch (v) Word count: 100 Warnings: Summary: Hermione tries to find herself, looking for answers in an unlikely place. EWE.
-
“You’re out here again? I thought you hated Quidditch.”
Hermione looks up from the bassinette she’s been rocking with her foot to find Harry striding towards her. She smiles. She knows the students are looking forward to having him in the castle, and she’s pleased that he took the position of professor for the year. She knows he’s doing it for her.
When he is close enough, he crouches next to the bassinette and strokes a finger down the baby’s satin cheek. “You know,” he says after a moment, “I started worrying that you were going to name her Quaffle.”

Hahahaha A little bit of poor humour that also hints at how much time she spends on the Quidditch pitch... how could I resist?

She's definitely more about the place than the game
