Title: : Other Views – Madame Pomfrey (I) Rating: G Word Count: 129 Warnings: none Summary: Madame Pomfrey’s perspective of Harry’s very first quidditch match
Madame Pomfrey huffed in exasperation. She would always insist that the problems and risks are real. But nothing could be said against quidditch.
Honestly, she was used to it. She still didn’t understand it, but she was used to it. The injuries this foolish sport would bring in to her Hospital Wing every year. Usually it was broken bones. Some bruises and torn ligaments. Hypothermia on the wretched cold wet days.
She had never examined somebody for possible side effects of swallowing a snitch. His throat was a little scratched from the wings beating against his tender flesh. But other than that... nothing to do but treat for potential diseases that Potter could have caught from sucking on the snitch. She rolled her eyes and gave Potter a potion.
