Title: Terribly Important Stuff
Rating: PG
Word Count: 289
Warnings (if any): None
Summary: Percy knows what is important in life...
Note: Zoe wrote this on my computer because her's is still dead and I was supposed to post it before midnight but I only got a chance now (I worked late ). *waves magic mod wand*
Percy Weasley was many things. If you were to ask him he would describe himself as punctual, dedicated, hard working, respectful, and intelligent. However if you were to ask his siblings they would describe him as pompus, big headed, stuck up, boring, and pinheaded. So you could see how they often did not agree on this point. Despite this Percy was quite an accomplished young man, regardless of what his siblings thought. He had been a prefect and head boy, he had recieved top grades, had a beautiful girlfriend, and a promising job at the ministry of magic. He was good at most things, well perhaps not most things but quite a few things at least. Sure he was pants at chess, but what did that matter really?
"Come on Perce, join us for a game!" Bill called.
Quidditch. That was another thing Percy wasn't very good at. Not at all good at in fact. The last time he had played Quidditch with his siblings had ended with him knocking a tooth loose after he flew straight into one of the goalposts. He had done his best to avoid Quidditch after that, and to forget the incident all together.
"Nah, let him go back to writing about cauldren bottoms. We wouldn't want him to lose an eye or something this time." Fred said, rolling his eyes.
"Yes, can't leave those cauldren bottoms waiting. Terribly important stuff that. You should get on that, we wouldn't want Crouch to find old Weatherby slacking off."
Bill frowned at the twins, but didn't say anything. Percy tried to pretend he didn't care. Quidditch may be a family thing, but he could tell when he wasn't wanted. He had better things to do anyways.
