Title: Of Trials and Triumphs (iii) Rating: G Word Count: 100 Warnings: Summary: Scorpius and Rose and Quidditch.
-
In his third year at Hogwarts, Scorpius’s father is in the stands at every game. Knowing he’s there gives Scorpius a little bit of extra drive, but he’s conscious of the red and gold team colours that have angered his father from day one. Not for the last time, Scorpius wonders what the Hat was thinking.
Occasionally he’ll see a glint of gold somewhere high above the pitch, but the opposing Seeker is always there already. Scorpius never does catch the Snitch first.
Worse than facing his father’s disappointment is watching his father walk away without a word to him. W

It's heartbreaking to see Scorpius be ignored by his father

Draco keeps repeating his father's mistakes. Thank you both!
